[01:39:38] --- DominusExult is now known as Dominus
[07:11:41] <Dominus> Mickmame, build a huse with Exult Studio. Look at items like amulets with Exult Studio and you learn all about them
[07:12:00] <Mickmane> Thanks, will see if I find that and can use it. :)
[07:12:22] <Mickmane> can I get U7 to not end after I destroyed the black gate? So I can play on?
[07:12:37] <Dominus> no
[07:12:48] <Mickmane> that'd be a neat option. :)
[07:13:01] <Dominus> not really :)
[07:13:29] <Mickmane> why not? you could then live in Britannia.
[07:14:01] <Dominus> just don't finish the game and you are set to live there forever
[07:14:25] <Mickmane> I know I could just mark the gate with a stone and go back and do stuff, but that'd not be the same :)
[08:15:38] <Mickmane> Reading exult studio documentation. First stumbling block (I mastered it by experimentation), "download (exe) and install it in the same folder where you installed Exult." So, do I just copy it into the folder or is it an actual program to run to install (I tried running it and it installed).
[08:16:34] <Mickmane> 2.2 Running it ... 2nd paragraph "Starting up one or the other separately will reconnect them:" Does that apply in any case? What it talks about is a bit confusing, I hope following first paragraph is enough.
[08:22:18] <Mickmane> Main question I have right now, will stuff be in a later save when I add it to an earlier one? (As in, it's permanently in the world no matter what?)
[08:22:36] <Mickmane> Maybe I should get to the editing after I won the game, but I've got the doc to read for now. :)
[08:32:28] <Dominus> you know how downloading works, and when someone mentions installing....
[08:58:14] <Mickmane> I'm easily confused. :)
[08:59:16] <Mickmane> I got distracted into cleaning an old push-table, yay! (I'm usually distracted by games, neglecting what I should do instead to tidy up the flat.)
[09:05:51] <Mickmane> Oh, some oddity I noticed while playing. When I rummage around in drawers, when I lift one piece, another will move to the left/top-most spot, I drop the piece I lifted, lift the other one, first piece moves into that spot.
[09:06:28] <Mickmane> Original shuffled stuff into order once something was closed, or (in backpack) when you dumped it in through the character, not directly into it.
