So, Exult can sometimes run very slow. This is especially noticeable when running away from enemies. It's almost slide show-like slow. Exult can be slower, actually, than running it natively - in my case on a Pentium Pro 180. I'm running Exult on a Xeon X5460 - it's Core2-era hardware. Certainly not...
