Heya, Maybe I'm missing something, but in Deceit on Ultima VII (Exult) I just went inside the tetrahedron alone, slew the monster, and double clicked the little box inside. It teleports me outside, the tetrahedron blows up, and I try to leave. My party tells me I've forgotten the small tetrahedron. ...
