Well, truth to be told, Ultima IX is rare in a way. You see, I'd like to own one, but it appears to me there's two distinct kind of periods of world history as we know it: periods when I have money to spend, and periods when Ultima IX is being offered on local auction sites. The two don't overlap. =)

Egh. It really shows it's past three in the morning. What I meant was, GIMP saves the pic but it doesn't work for me, no matter if I check the layer offset option in GIMP's PNG save options.

I think U7BG has an official German translation. U7SI apparently doesn't have such thing. By the way, does anyone have any ideas on how to make translation tools that are not really that tricky to use? That bridge is south down the road from Iolo's hut, unless I'm badly mistaken. It's definitely along the Yew road.

Exactly what cheats are missing in Exult that were in the original? Just curious - I haven't played the original that much =) Anyway, for me, 1.4 has been pretty stable.
