Not that I am aware of unless it is set by default. I did notice that it would flip from 12:59am to 1pm. If I sleep until what would be the next evening it does turn to night. I'm going to play it for a couple hours and get back to you.

I cant really answer that but Commodore pulled the same kind of crap, that Sony is with the PSP, with the Amiga. That'ed be quite an irony if someone got exult to work on PSP that way. lol
