Where are Black Gate paperdoll graphics located?

The wonderful people here have done paperdoll graphics for items exclusive to Black Gate, such as the goshawk and musket. But how do I gain access to them for modding purposes? Exult Studio doesn't seem to show those graphics in any of the shapes files for either game.
