Where are the Shrines an dwhat to do with them??

As I read the readme of the Keyring Mod I saw that there is another quest, beneath the queat of the Keyring - first of all: is this right??

I have already found 7 Shrines. I'm only missing the shrine withe the ank (Shrines found: Heart, Sword, Staff, Balance, Hand, Beaker, Tear).
So where to find this one?

And what to do next? I already know the right mantras to the shrines but not the right amount of cycles I have to speak them. Does anybody know about that?

Then, after that, what do I have to do?

And finally: Is there another hidden quest?

There are actually eight shrines, although the eighth is not accessible at the start of the game.

You need the rune stones from the museum to meditate in the shrines. You double-click the icon floating above the altar to meditate. The number of cycles to meditate is the same as for U4 -- if you don't remember (or haven't played) U4, it is 3 cycles.

Each shrine gives a quest to visit the Codex; after you finish seven of the quests, you will be given the option of attuning the white virtue stone to the shrine of spirituality if you cannot go there (for example, because you haven't done the thing with the wisps or because you destroyed the sphere generator). This, incidentally, allows you to short-circuit the standard BG plot by allowing you to skip the bit with Alagner/Skara Brae/the wisps before meeting the Time Lord.

I already destroyed al of the generators. And I meditated at every shrine, too. I came to the 3 for myself But I do not get any quests. All that happens, is, that Spark (he's my only companion) says things like "It's about time..." or "Let's leave..." after the Avatar is ready with speeking the Mantra 3 times.

1. So what do I have to do now? No Shrine gives me a quest.
2. And where do I find the white virtue stone?

The shrines *should* have given you a quest to go to the Codex. Right after you meditated. It is a quest to... well, go to the Codex. Are you sure you got the mantras right?

Try this: go to the isle of the Codex and try passing through the guardians and into the shrine; if you have any shrine quests, they will let you. Bring the lenses from the museum. View the Codex; it should display one message per shrine you received a quest from. After that, returning to each Shrine and meditating again ends the shrine's quest, and gives you some xp. After you do all 8 shrine quests, there will be a Codex quest too.

In any case, if none of the above work, give me the value of the global flags in the range 1545-1567.

After I meditated, the following happens:

1. The message: "After a while you feel..." appears.

2. Spark says: "It's about time."

And then nothing happens anymore - the shrine gives me no quest. When I try to pass throuh the guardians, they say "You are not on a sacred quest - Passage denied."

Where to look for the "global flags"?

If you mean the flags shown by pressing F2 and then "f" - they are all UNSET.

BTW: Can you help me with the green (running) arrow - I posted this problem also. I couldn't find help anywhere about this.

Yes, that is them. Out of curiosity: could you download the newest Exult snapshot and try meditating again? Try, for example, the shrine of Sacrifice (the one in the desert); meditate for 3 cycles and mantra is Cah.

Done! I got the quests now, but there's still the problem with the green arrow. Do you know how to fix this? The curiosity is, that this problem only exists in one Savegame. The other ones function very wel, but are older ones.

Can you help me out with this one, too?

If I had any idea what might be causing the green arrow bug, I would have said something by now...

You said that it only affects one save, right? Can you submit that save to the bug tracker so I can take a look at it? The link is in the links page.
