New Stable Release?

I know you probably hate it when people ask when the next version will be out, but hey, when will the next version be out? I keep reading about odd bugs in the 1.4 version, and I'm just waiting for the "stable" stamp on it.

The daily snapshots have a lot of bug fixes, and generally are fairly stable.
