as the crashing thing means i cannot go down staircases so get the 4th and final orb is there an way i can load it into the game to complete the silver seed? i got the red purple and gold so far i think so its the last one i need, dunno what colour. When i click the item load menu it says its not been implemented? so is there any quick way i can get hold of the orb so i get silver seed out of the way?

You can create an item using the shape browser/create item (check the key list with ctrl-alt-h; don't forget to enable cheating)

how? consider me an idiot on the scale of a customer mistaking a cdrom drive for a cup holder (im not and i deal with people like that daily, but at least then i get it simplified )

1) Press Ctrl-Alt-H and look up the key shortcuts for Shape Browser and Create Item

2) Start the shape browser, and navigate to the item you want to create (I think you navigate with the arrows + pgup/pgdn)

3) Quit the shape browser (escape, I think)

4) Press the Create Item key combo. It'll create the item in your backpack, IIRC.

tried that but went through every shape in the browser and did the complete loop without seeing the orb thing i need

The trouble is that the browser shows you frame 0 of each shape, but most shapes have several frames. You can browse through the frames by using the 'f' key, but you'll first need to know what shape to find. Perhaps another player can tell you.

It might be the same shape as the other orbs. You can get the object number from the console when you click on something.
