problem is when I connect it gives me:
Server version is outdated. You cannot play on this server until it is upgraded.
I do realize what that means, but I don't see why the site would post these files if they don't work...I may be doing something wrong...I also realize this isn't apart of exult but I've posted on this site for awhile...way before .95 and people were all about this topic...hopefully someone will take interest in this

Sadly, the project has been dropped. I believe the source code is free, though, so you can probably work off what he started.
I have mentioned this more than once, also. You can also see this at the Ultima Reconstruction. The project was called the Blackrock Engine. I didn't know the server code was released, though...
