Hi.
Has anyone had a go yet at porting Exult over to a Sony Ericsson P800 mobile phone yet? It uses the Symbian 7 OS.... wonder if it would be possible?
TIA
Steven

Re: Porting Exult to P800
I highly doubt that a mobile phone will have enough memory to run exult and have the data files of u7 on it.

Re: Porting Exult to P800
The P800 comes with 12Mb internal storage and 16Mb on a Memorystick Duo - maximum of up to 128Mb.... should be more than enough.
The processor is a 200Mhz Risc one - the phone can run Doom with no problems! It fully supports C/C++ / Java and VB.

Re: Porting Exult to P800
Doom uses up a lot less system resources than Exult. :\
128MB would be enough memory but 16MB or at least 12MB is not.
I have a 200MHz machine and Exult is slow, but playable, so I'd say that is about the minimum CPU requirement.

Assuming it is not RISC that is.
