when I'm trying to get the bottle that is evidence, I think I drink it by accident before picking it up, is there anyway to fix this?

ok I just went to fawn and got another bottle and placed it on the egg location and it worked

I'm looking around the obelisk (goblin meeting place) for the bottle, and I'm just not finding it. Where is it supposed to be, in relation to the fire and the big rock?

It should be very close to the obelisk. I think you may have to talk to the right person first for it to show up, though.

I believe you need to first speak with Krayg (or whatever is the name of the provisoner in Monitor) about his "walks in the woods", get him to talk about another figure he has seen... then go speak to simon, and get simon to offer you some of his ale.

Then the ale should appear.

okay, I guess I did it backwards (talked to Krayg and then Simon) - it should be obvious, then?

Very obvious.

The party starts speaking and says: "Wait! A bottle......".

All I do though was to speak to krayg and get him to mention the stones that the goblins gather at and the other figure he spots.

if the bottle still isn't there after that, you can turn on eggs display (e) and you will see three green u's. Get a bottle from somewhere (they are all over) and place it on the u's then pick it up

FYI... you don't even need to use the right item. I used one of the broken dishes from the campsite for the exact same problem.

Wish I'd have come here first, though! I spent 3 days trying to figure out what I needed to do next!
