SI won't load

Here's the deal. i got exult and love it. i played through BG, but it wont recognize SI at all. it acts as if i dont have it on my system. any ideas? is there a specific file Exult looks for that i may have lost? Help would be appreciated.

copy paste your first 30 lines of stdout.txt (found where you have exult installed to). And also copy past your exult.cfg file.

you gotta reinstall SI it seems.
the line
is_installed: 'c:\program files\exult\SERPENT\static\sispeech.spc' : no
is a sure indication that Exult didn't find all of SI's static files where they should be (according to your exult.cfg)
