Install won't launch!

I downloaded the latest Exult (1.1 b3) and launched the install program.
Nothing happens! I know it extracted, I checked my temp drive but the install program just won't happen. No errors come up, just I hear a seconds worth of reading from my HD and then thats it, nothing pops up, task manager says nothing is running, nothing.. I did the same with version 1.0 but same thing.

I have WinRAR so I can extract the files that way. I can tell its an InstallShield setup and with a program I have I can extract the .cabs but don't know what to do after that. Please help!

Im running XP, and have Ultima7 Blackgate installed from the collection (version 3.4). I can run it with u7xp.com but it crashes when I go to save it, gives me some memory address thing, so I want to try Exult so it will work perfectly and look a little better.. Thanks all!
