Might Be An Idiot?

Hi, I might be an idiot because I cannot find the following programs to be easily available and need them desperately:

expack
ipack
shp2pc
splitshp

I downloaded all the source files but cannot get the *.rpm files to open to access these programs on their own. Could someone please help me or email me these programs to goeffrogers@goconnect.net.

Which OS? If linux, just build exult and these tools will have been built in the tools subdirectory. If windows, download the "exult tools snapshot" from our download page.
