U7 for XP

Hi, I just downloaded Exult for XP (binary) and I'm afraid I can't find what to do with it. When I try running the download a small window flashes across my screen faster than I can read it but I can't see that it has done anything. Do I need to extract the files are something or run it in my U7 folder? I looked for something about that on your site but had no luck. I'd appreciate your help thanks.

I suspect you don't have actually downloaded exult but the mirror page, our download link points to. This mostly happens when people use a download manager (we do advice against it on the download page).
The small windows that flashes on your desktop is probably a command prompt saying that exult-1.2-win32.exe is not a program.
Download it again (without a download manager) and try again.
