Where can i buy the S.I. game? well, except e-bay...i don't have a credit card and i can only do a conunter-sign(badge) payment... please help me...

Doesn't EBAY support PayPal? Isn't it possible to pay via an account instead of a crdit card with PayPal (I have never used it, so correct me if this info is false)?

You are correct, Gunnar. I think some sellers don't use PayPal, though.

Get a debit card. It's used like a credit card, but it works off money you put into it as opposed to using the banks' money.

How about a direct bank deposit? That's the most common method, and the only one I personally do. It's even easier if you have netbank. But I still go into the branch and fill the deposit slips.

Debit cards as such do not exist in each and every country. I know they do in the UK, yet in a country like the Netherlands the equivalent of a debit card cannot be used for online transactions which you'd otherwise use a credit card for.
