Ultima Games actually Abandonware official?

I hear its official that its abandonware, I have the game but it upsets me to see the actual full version on various sites, if it isn't we should report this site www.something.com. That site is giving away ultima 8 and 7 away for free, and www.anotherthing.org is giving it away as well. If it isn't abandonware yet i believe we should report it. but it has been 10 years hasn't it

Nice try in advertising for abandonware sites. Please don't do it anymore, we don't like that and I think we already said so enough times.
