ABCD cheat

Could someone help me with this cheat? DO I type Ultima ABCD alt 255 at the opening screen or in game or where? I flew over the isle of the avatar *oops*

If you are using Exult, you don't need to use this cheat; just enable cheats at the options screen (if it isn't already). If you are using the original game, you have to type it at the command line prompt to start the game.

OK guys, I got one question in regards to the cheating in TBG and SI.

I remember back in the original cheating mode in SI, you had the option of showing the ID number of the NPC, which showed under or over them during the game. This made it easy to locate the NPC when you wanted to edit them with the NPC editing option.

In the Exult cheat menu, I didn't find this there. So here's my question: Is the option there to begin with? Or did you put it in? If so, how do I activate it since I didn't find it.

Remember, not every cheat in Exult is activated by the Cheat Screen (F2). We have a couple of keyboard shortcuts just for cheating. And that's why we list them in the documentation http://exult.info/docs.php#exult_cheats. The last one is the one you are looking for, also Ctrl+Alt+g is easier for editing, since when you have that activated and you click on an NPC, that one is altready selected in the cheat screen.

How come the Get NPC to Join doesn't function yet?

Something that botheres me aboutthe cheat system. It's very easy to break!
If you modify an pc strength for example to an illegal value (for carrying more stuff or whatever) the value overflows when you save and restore a game. More this has effects in other parts of the code (easy to see since the pc shape changes).
