Pink magic stun stick

When i played ultima 7 as a boy, i also took my time to take the world apart with cheats. In the yew forest under a wisp tree i found a strange pink stick. It could be equipped as a weapon and would shoot some kind of stun magic. Later when i played it again with exult i could still find this strange item. Now i wonder, since searching the internet found nothing, am i really the only one who ever found this item by accident? I dont have ultima right now. But it was under one of those trees in the wisp camp. Get rid of the trees and you should find that pink glow stick. Its easy to notice since the color doesnt fit into the game at all.

I believe what that is is the paralyze spell. There are other spell types. Sometimes an enemy will somehow drop one on the ground-----I doubt this is supposed to happen. It was likely in Serpent Isle, but I was able to equip these "spell items." If set on the ground they cannot(I seem to recall) be picked up again.

In the case of the one you found in Yew, perhaps the world builders had accidentally left it there?

Oh yes. You are right. Now that you mention it i can remember npcs dropping that stuff. Anyway this was the only one i ever found that was just there in the world. The thing is only that i find it odd that obviously i was the only one ripping the forest apart and finding that magic stick.
