Forge of Virtue 2nd Quest: Test of Love

Hello Folks! Im stuck at the 2nd task in Forge of Virtue. On the "Stone of Castambre", when i'm hitting the rock to get the blood needed for the resurrectionof the 2nd Golem nothing happens. I already put the bucket in all kinds under the rock, but it did not filled with blood, so I cannot resurrect the dead Golem. How does this work right? Can you give me eyample pictures, where to put the bucket exactly? I put it in nearly any choice under the rock with the tree. Would be very grateful to hear from you, that this is not a bug

I use the newest Version of exult...

Put down the bucket, equip the pick on your paperdoll, and doubleclick it. This brings up a targetting cursor, which you then use on the tree. If all goes well, you will swing automatically to either draw blood or cut the new heart.

I guess the question is "Attacking the Stone of Castambre doesn't work" (that's not a question...) because most people who have problems here do that first.


BTW shouldn't question 3.5,"So why can't I sail a ship in BG?" be under the Gameplay section of the FAQ?

because it kind of builds up on the question before and was there before a gameplay section came to be

Since this seems to be a constant question (and has been since FoV was originally released), maybe add to the Exult wish list that the thing be scripted to work if someone attacks the rock too?

I remember crying in despair as I thought my game was corrupted when I played the original 15 years ago. I remember I saw my brother pass that issue but I couldn't for the life of me figure out what to do.
