again, I'm stuck

Ok, there has got to be somehting wrong here. I'm trying to get into skullcrusher, I've already gotten the ice dragon blood and given it to the gwani. However, the leader was supposed to give me the password, according to a walkthrough, but she didnt. So I went to skullcrusher, put the runes on the pedastools, then I activated them in order. however, on the last 'I' it flashes red, the door makes a puff of smoke, and the serpent says "thou hast forgotten something" what am I forgetting??

You need to get the Hound of Doskar to sniff Batlins medallion, IIRC

tried that, but it still is saying I've forgotten something. maybe I ahve to have it sniff the medallion from outside?


another question:
if the hound sniffing things is so important, can I complete the game without dupre's shield? teh list field guy is missing from my game, so I can't get it back. is there a way I could cheat and create one? (I can't seem to find the object creator thing)

Did you try to get the password from the Gwani after having the Hound track the amulet?

Oh, and you don't need Dupre's shield to complete the game

just wait that Batlin dies and you can pick up the shield on Luther.

that's what I did.

According to usecode though, if you can beat him at the list field, he becomes your friend and you can get your shield back.

actually there is a nice glitch using dupres sheild . . . if you cast vibrate on luther before you win the sheild off of him you can get 2 dupres sheilds
