I'm with you on this, Dominus. Frankly, the idea of a non-paperdoll Spark with everyone else paperdolled feels *WAY* worse than the utterly trivial "oh no, Spark looks like an adult in his paperdoll, the horror!". Or all the effort (or coding work) to scale things for him. It's so much easier to either ignore the size "issue" totally, or just assume that it's his avatar that's drawn too small, and that he's simply tall for his age but retains his boyish looks (and ability to turn his tear ducts on and off like faucets).

Especially when that time could get us more of Crysta_Elf's really good work on other artwork instead. :)

what "otehr artwork"? ive said already that the only items i havent drawn yet are the three styles of male pants :\

aside from that the only things i can think of are...

a) editing some SI graphics for minor consistancy errors
b) doing the spark paperdoll art

other than the "character costumes" (which i really dont think are needed), and the hawk (which i still think is good enough), can you really think of anything that i could do still? :|

WJP is working on them as he has time to :)

It was more of a clumsy compliment, combined with a small prod in the direction of "I'm *really* skeptical that a totally different paperdoll set for BG and SI devoted to making Spark shorter is worth the time or effort."

But of course, that's clearly your choice, not mine. :)

Dark: with Exult Studio you can easily view the gumps and save the frames as png (or edit directly with The Gimp).

hideous :|

id rather not elaborate... just go check the stratics boards if you need examples

thankfully, this is the fist expansion that at least 80% of the playerbase AGREES looks hideous.. might finally get somethin done :P

of course, a lot of the stuff they added that is non-art related IS really good...

of course you can use PSP as well, only with the Gimp you have instant Support by Exult Studio and the possibilty to save in the U7 native shp format.

What site do you go to to get the graphics and bug fixes when they are done? Do you make a mini patch or do you have to "install" them yourself?

Hi! Where do I have to put the saved *.gif files and what do I have to do with them to get the new graphics in the game (actually I want to set up the musket graphic in BG)
I'm using the newest snapshot with the Keyring Mod.

I am working on getting them on Exult. I think I will be done by tomorrow night.

Most of them should be in the next snapshot. I still have to add a few, but you can now enjoy the avatar costume among many others.

I'm not sure if it is directly related to this, but with the latest snapshot I seem to be unable to wear the new snake or ankh amulets included in Marzo's keyring mod.

Have had problem resurrecting Mariah and Laurianna in the Keyring mod, even when I added the shape 1099 into the resurrectable body list in the Resurrection UseCode which did not help so I reverted the codde to what it had been before.

Lich took out Dupre and Mariah, Dupre was ressable, Mariah just poofed regs.

No idea if this has been fixed or not.

Just released a version that fixes that. In the future, please write these bug reports in their own separate threads.
