I purchased The Second Age in 199...8? And it came with the demo. It took place on the island Occlo (I've never heard of it outside ultima online), and the ultimate goal of the wisp's tutorial was to kill a dragon. With a glass sword. The dragon was immortal, except when it was hit by a glass sword. So was the player. Good for building up weapon skills.

Though my ultimate goal was always to make cool looking clothing out of this bolt of cloth that was in the tailor's shop. It had a weird pallette: mostly black, but with bright coloured pixels, too, which didn't maintain any consistency throughout the walking/running/etc animations, and looked all shimmery. Those were the days.

It seems the server is currently down for Ultima 6 Online. Just wait a couple of days, I'm sure it will be up again soon.
