How do I get fresh fish?

Gordon in Britain says he will pay for fresh fish. I go to fish at a nearby river, rush to him within half an hour of in-game time, but he still complains that the fish is old! Is there a bug or an unimplemented feature at work here?

I am assuming that you mean that you are using the Keyring mod. Is this assumption correct? If it is, then is it a bug.
