Hey guys, I can't find this on the faq or on this board so here goes. I have the original disks for U7 and SI and am having trouble installing them. They are the 3.5 disks and when I try installing it says something about the door/gate on drive d is not closed, Dos error.

I am running Windows XP. Just trying to remember what all these games looked like....

Let me know if it's possible to install from these disks, if not I can go get the Ultima collections for prolly 10 bucks at EB.

Man...Origin rocked back in the day. I was looking in my attic and found all the games. U4-U8 with the original disks, Wing Commander 1,2,3,4 with original disk and 1 signed by CR, Savage Empire, Crusader (loved it), Cybermage (this one sucked), Bioforge (kinda nice), System Shock (not bad), and Ultima Underground. Oh and Privateer and Priv 2. And the nice speech packs that used to come with them (weak!!). I miss Origin.....hehe!

I was looking at U9 and found the Utlima Collection CD, so prolly disregard above post, unless there is anything special I need to do for Win xp...
