Ultima 8 Map in UO

As there are tools for Ultima Online to edit the map, I was wondering if there was a tool that could convert Ultima 8's map to UO mul format?

Not as far as I know. Most of the U8 map format has been decoded though. (Check pentagram's CVS for docs at http://sf.net/projects/pentagram)

There are ways to clear the map and start from scratch. As for converting U8's map, I don't believe there is a way. You'd have to build it from the ground up. Literally
