If a lever is there behind something but the thing is too heavy to move, how can you use the lever without cheating (hack mover)? Is there a spell that allows you to see thru an object?

The lever in question is behind that big bleeding rock in the Test of Love in Forge of Virtue.

it's probably cheating.

For this particular lever, you can actually see a pixel or two of it at the top of the rock, so you can flip it without cheating.
