If someone who has released the Banes could visit Moonshade and tell me if Julia is still alive and holds the conversation about Shamino the Anarch being a cool ruler, I'd be grateful!

Julia appears to be dead. (At least, her NPC has -50 health and is at 4095,4095)

If i'm not mistaken, Celennia and Frigidazzi are supposed to be sisters.

I think you are mistaken.

They were best friends and when Batlin came, Selenna got interersted in something Batlin had, which got Frigidazzi pretty pissed. They argued and then selenna disappeared.

Selenna is sister to Lydia, the girl who poison you when you get your tattoo.
