Portable alarm clock

I never did it in the original, but, yesterday while playing serpent isle (30-3 1.1.x), I had boydon's head in my inventory and rested. When I awoke, he told me it's time to get up.

Plus while walking around, he kept chatting like he does when he's on the table. Makes the avatar look like she's asking for attention.

Also, I think stealing is too good.

I got the torso out of the box to do the experiment, and erstram (spelling?), accused me of stealing.

"Make my monster"

"Ok"

Take only torso out of box

"Hey! Stop stealing"!

"But I just took the one and only major part that is required to make your monster..... bah, forget it". (Lets reload the game and rest until the old geezer is sleeping so we can do this without becoming a criminal).

[Boydon's head from backpack] *Thou stop, talk to me*

That's a good idea, an alarm clock! It's annoying when you are alone and you want to sleep, the Avatar sleeps a long time...

I have also noticed an oversensitivity to stealing. Yesterday I killed Pomdirgun and when I started taking things from his room, the other goblins called the town guard... and they actually showed up. I don't think that's supposed to happen...

Also I remember that the Automaton in Pothos' shop would shout "Theif! Theif!" and "Call the rangers!" whenever I tried to speak to him, although they never actually came. This used to happen in the original version, I haven't tried it in exult yet.

Oh man, I'll have to try that goblin thing.

I always clear the camp before taking the chief on. (Makes me wonder where his personal guard comes from).
