What does wihh.dat do?

What does wihh.dat in the static folder do? Does it assign the postion of weapons in the hand? How can I extract or modify its data?
Yes, that's it. There's a good explanation (by CoderInfidel) in 'u7ready.txt' in our docs directory.
I believe you can edit this in ExultStudio on the 'weapon' page when you're looking at a shape's attributes.
