One great aspect in the older Ultimas was that you've been punished/cought while you were stealing something.
In Excult this IMPORTANT feature (8 Virtues) does not work correctly!
When are you going to improve this?
Stealing does not affect the NPC's???

1. stealing does still not work correctly.
2. the virtues have not played a role in U7 ever. You were caught and locked up in jail but other than that no punishment. You might confuse it with Ultima IV-VI
