and have found nothing on my problem. This may be something so incredibly simple Ill kick myself (like the square buttons in SI that blend into the damn wall) or some crazy bug I dunno. OK, I've killed Batlin and am now at the point where I need to get the buckets of water from the temples in SI. I have gotten Gwenno to not be a raving vampire anymore. In anycase, the problem is:In the third test in the temple of ethicality, a fake batlin is attacking the avatar by throwing fireballs. Now I've tried standing there, running around, attacking batlin (for 10 min, only getting cryptic crys from batlin). I cannot hurt batlin it seems, and he does no damage whatsoever to me with his cute little fireballs. I've looked at walkthroughs, and obviously this must be a short simple part of the game as all they say is: do not yield to batlin. I've tried everything but i wont die, batlin wont die, i cant even yield to him to begin with! Any help would be appreciated.
This is the newest snapshot in XP with a M-audio revolution 7.1 and a geforce2 mx. This is not something easily cheated out of or I would've (i did cheat when i had to use the hound to sniff the girls sword because umm i have no idea waht happened to her sword, i left it somewhere after i found it the first time. so i teleported into shaminos castle- i dont think this would have any bearing on my current situation but hey who knows.
