A module for Neverwinter Nights by the one and only true Ken Demarest!

Hmmm... that might make Neverwinter worth obtaining. Has anyone played it? Can I assume that it can be played this way in single-player mode?

I have played NWN and the game is not too bad but also not too good. They are mostly trying to sell NWN as the "perfect" mod engine.
I'll have to reinstall NWN for that module...

How do you know that this Tseramed is Ken Demarest and not someone else just using the name as a nickname? Does it say somewhere?

1. Ken Demarest posted here once

2. he also wrote the exult team privately once (asking for our experience in working in a loosely, spread over the world, team).

-->> the email-address is genuine
Also as I was told the module contains some very complicated scripting...

DrCode, yep, single player is entirely do-able.

I actually prefer single player.

It's good that some things are still sacred from the multiplayer only crowd.

Ah, so he is the real Ken Demarest... that's cool, because I'm doing research into the real-life Ultima people.

Speaking of Ken Demarest, in the credits I came across both "Ken Demarest" and "Ken Demarest III" if I remember correctly. Is there any difference between them?

I first thought about posting it here, but newsgroups seemed to be more appropriate. News spread fast these days. :)

BTW, he did a short help for module designer, too.

It's also hosted on NWVault, here:

Guess DrCode meant the mod. It's primary a single-player campaign, he didn't test multiplayer too much. He even says you shouldn't play in mp if you want to play an evil character(there are two different endings according to ethical alignment.)

Also in mp you won't see the great done ingame-cutscenes, which I like way more than any NWN-official campaign-cutscene.

BTW, DrCode, there is more than one reason to obtain this game if you want some great RPG-mods.
I recommend the Penultima series(has nothing to do with Ultima though;) ) or the Ultima 4 mod, Seb did and mentioned here.

Just don't play the official campaign too much, it's like a D&D copy of Diablo.

Morrowind needs more Ultima-related MODs too, methinks! Playing around with the Britannia TC that someone did a while back, may well try to use that.
