bug (bug tracker wont work)

first of all, i tried the bug tracker that the readme.1st.txt specified, but it kept crashing when i tried to send a report!
so anyways, here it is:
on the Black Gate, go to Dagger Isle. (top right island on the map). around the top section there is an clearing surrounded by mountians, where you
can find the cyclops, Iskenheart (or something like that).
When you ask him about 'foul magic' the game crashes. One conversation path to get there is:
job > hero > tribe > homeland > everywhere > magic > riddle > ammnesia > foul magic.
i am running the beta version on windows 98 SE.
