A question about flags

Well, actually, I have a couple questions. First of all, does one of the NPC flags determine whether or not they are a mad at the avatar and won't rejoin the party (i.e. Dupre left because the Avatar stole something, and now won't rejoin)?

Second, is there a decent document anywhere that lists the various global flags by function?

I'm most interested in BG, but SI information would be appreciated, too.

1. I think there are one or more global flags that determine this, but it's definitely not a per-NPC flag.
2. I'm afraid not. Might be an interesting project, but it would be a LOT of work.
