Here I go again.

Some of my blackrock has disappeared. Seriously. I picked up all the pieces in Cove and now I only have three. It's time to use it, I cannot find it anywhere, and I really don't want to have to start over.

Anything I can do?

There should be some in the cheat room. The other alternative is
to hunt down the mines, from memory one of the mines has a few
machines that when used produce blackrock (others produce
copper nuggets).

You can also pay a visit to Rudyom in Cove and take the blackrock he has lying around in his house.
