Okay, I was bored today so I thought I would install Serpent Isle from it's original disks [instead of using the Complete Ultima7 CD]. Well, everything worked until I tried to enter the actual game. It seemed to load, but right when all those flashy colors are supposed to disappear and then the Avatar with his companions were to make their entrance, Exult stopped.
I've tried to get it working with the v1.0, v1.1b2 and the latest snapshot, but none work. Has anyone else had these problems installing Serpent from it's original disks? Or do most people use the version with the Silver Seed integrated? The wierd thing is, when I then install the Silver Seed Addon, the game works fine.
Here is the error:

When I install the silver seed it's exactly the same, except the last part of the STDOUT.TXT. The NPC # are different with the Silver Seed. It looks like this:
