need help again

i am still pretty new to Exult but i keep reading posts about updating snapshots,like the one in freedom fromthe game SI and the game closing in BG when you choose nobody when talking to the trainer in Trinsic.My question is can someone tell me where these can be downloaded from and how you install them?

You download them from the download page. Install is identical to the 1.0 release
