Time-stop spell

This appears to be working in BG, but not in SI. When I examine the usecode function for this spell, it looks like it's not supposed to work. Does anyone remember if it works in the original?

I have found a similar issue with Summon Shade, which failed in both places you are supposed to use it in SI. I haven't looked at the usecode for it though. I am pretty sure that if you had a spell, it is supposed to work. Why some won't is a good question... :p I had to teleport cheat to several places and use hack move to grab a hidden backpack with some needed items you only get by actually talking to the Hierophants to finish the game. :(

On sunrise isle, in the room with the cubes of fire/ice puzzle (the one with all the doors and buttons). It's behind the east pillar, IIRC. If you're in the east building, you should be able to see it when the roofs are popped.

IIRC SI was riddled with spells that seldom worked / did not work at all. Blind comes to mind, as does fire snake (At least that one never worked for me in the original). Does anyone remember why exactly this was?

As I thought those spells are probably left out because the devs later found that they couldn't implement them sensible. Mostly as SI is very linear story-wise and those spells could screw up the story.
- Blink : obvious as the map is so "overused" and als as you couldn't have the people jump ahead and miss a crucial plot egg/flag.

- Time stop: possible screw up of the many scripted scenes and the plot..

- fire snake: no idea why that one doesn't work :-)

Time Stop doesnt work in the original. I have tried it before long ago.. If memory serves me right though haha...
