Extract U7 Writings

Hi,
Is there an easy way with which I can extract the writings (books, scrolls, maybe even signs) in Ultima 7 (Black Gate and Serpent Isle)?

Yes, I think the tools can scramble everything from usecode...

Now, if I could get an easily readable transcript of NPCs from Ultima VII, THAT would be awesome. I'd love to have a complete Serpent Isle and Ultima VII transcript available on the wiki.
