SI Style DoubleClick in BG?

How could one make the BG NPCs act more like the SI NPCs in terms of barking and approaching the Avatar when doubleclicked? Then having the conversation proceed as normal?

I looked at the quest and iteractions mod I think, one of the npcs they did used the barks i think. Email me and I"ll send you a template I use. my screenname at yahoo.
