Shears and Bandage Frames

The reason SI doesn't create the last bandage frame out of sheared cloth is that BG only allowed a die roll for the first 3 frames (0-2) and didn't include the band-aid strips.
I've written Usecode C to fix this, and still leave out the smaller strips. Is this something worth putting into SIfixes?
