NPC Flag no_spell_casting

In Exult, NPC flag number 27 is listed as no_spell_casting but in SI Fixes it is listed as 31. Which is correct?

From taking a look at the Rabbit's code shape#(0x32B) this should be 31. It is also listed as 31 in the BG mod constants.uc.

The correct flag number is 31. That the cheat screen names flag 27 as no_spell_casting is an ages old display bug

Can you add lizard_king as flag 36 for SI? It's in the magic mushroom usecode.
20 should be sailor, it's not currently listed.
