As part of writing Conquests I want to keep the mod in the linear spirit of the release. The availability of Serpent Teeth would be a key part of that.

Bootstrike.com has a list of Serpent Teeth. Do I have the plot order here correct?

Furnace - Rotoluncia's manor, in bag on table.
Mad Mage Isle - Erstam along with store room key.
Monk Isle - Erstam after returning to him with the Jawbone.
Moonshade - Erstam after returning to him with the Jawbone.
Monitor - Furnace Park, on a body.
Fawn 1 - Vasculio's cage, on a body.
Northern Forest 1 - Vasculio's cage, on a body.

After Batlin's death, these are in his Jawbone:
Sleeping Bull Inn
Shrine of Discipline
Shrine of Enthusiasm
Shrine of Logic
Skullcrusher (Shrine of Chaos)
Spinebreaker (Shrine of Order)

These can only be found after Batlin's death, available via gflag 4 being set:

Fawn 2 - Filbercio's manor, in a brass chest.
Northern Forest 2 - Fridigazzi's manor, in a brass chest.
Shrine of Emotion - Torrissio's manor, in a brass chest.
Shrine of Ethicality - Gustacio's manor, in a brass chest.

These are in plot order?

Shrine of Tolerance - Stefano provides it after the Death Knight is slain?
Isle of Crypts - Xenka appears and provides this after Dupre's sacrifice.
Sunrise Isle (Shrine of Balance) - Yenani has this stored in her lost locket.

There's also an Egg on Claw that will cause a brass chest with a tooth in it to appear if gflag 4 is set.

I think Stefano gives it right away, but that wouldn't make a difference I guess.
