Larger Backpack and Bag

As part of working on my SI mod, I created slightly larger shapes for the backpack and bag. Due to some hard-coded sizes, they cannot immediately be used.
As revolutionary as the GUMPS system was, it has not aged as gracefully as the rest of the game.
