Plot-affecting bugs

Hi,
I just finished playing through 1.1 beta 3 in Windows XP. Most of it was flawless, but there were three major bugs.
* The first was when I was trying to get Alagner's notebook. I made it through his warehouse only to find the top room completely empty except for the furniture. No notebook, just an empty bookshelf. So I couldn't return to the wisp, couldn't go to the Time Lord, and couldn't return to find Alagner very, very dead.
I ended up having to teleport directly to the Shrine of Spirituality (where the Time Lord was imprisoned). After I destroyed the sphere and tetrahedron generators I went back to Alagner's warehouse and the book and everything was there. Bizarre. Bad for Alagner, I guess.
* The tetrahedron never appeared after I destroyed its generator. The sphere and cube appeared just fine, but the tetrahedron never materialized. I had to go to the secret room from Trinsic and pick up the tetrahedron there.
* The one that struck me as most bizarre and probably the one that affected the plot the most was the fact that I couldn't ask about Elizabeth and Abraham. I couldn't ask Elynor in Minoc to find out that they went to Paws, couldn't ask in Paws, Jhelom, Vesper, Moonglow, or Terfin. I would never have learned about the retreat from any of the characters.
Weird.
Anyway, other than that, I think you guys have done a fantastic job, and I enjoyed playing it again for the first time in probably 10 years. Now I'm going to start in on Serpent Isle.
