the black gate keep crash

i install exult into my ultima 7 black gate
all work well till i enter my name at the start press enter and then the first movie of the game start playing and then exult crashing!!!!
what should i do !?!?!?!?!?!?!
please help me i really would like to play this game please

If Exult crashes before you actually reach the game, it can be very useful to take a look at the files stdout.txt and stderr.txt that Exult produces. (If you're using a unix-like OS, this output will be written to the terminal from which you run Exult, instead.) In particular, check if the various path settings that Exult shows, are correct.

look i really can`t see what the problem is
i download exult and install it to the ultima 7 directory i can`t seem to find the problem here .. please guys if you can help me??

copy paste your exult.cfg, tell us where U7 is installed in and copy paste the first 10 lines of stdout.txt here.
