I am wondering if this project is still active.
If it is, I would be really eager to lend my skills in MIDI composition and dialogue writing to it.
The prospect of this mod was quite exciting and I am wondering if anyone can fill me in on it's status.
Thanks,

It didn't die. It just lost its host, and nobody has heard anything about it ever since.

I'm having trouble believing it was real to begin with. Do you think that one
of the SI team would seriously risk legal action to work with them?

Working anonymously? Sure, why not?
*shrugs*
Real or not, it was a neat idea. Wondering why they would've gone through all the trouble of faking screenshots and creating a website if it wasn't real - but I guess chances are we'll never know. Too bad, though - I would've played it.

It's not exactly anonymous if you say you were a member of the SI team.

Sure it is, if you don't say who you are. Well, sort of. But that's just an assumption on my part - I don't remember if he or she revealed who they were or not. Ah well.

Sounds pretty much like the definition of "dead" to me.

Cut off the head and the body dies?

Also all of the developer's e-mail addresses have since gone dead.
Good thing there was no money involved...
