Dose anyone know wher i can find a plece wher it stand how much you need to level up?

Levels are at 100 times a power of 2.

Specifically:

level 2 at 100
level 3 at 200
level 4 at 400
level 5 at 800
level 6 at 1600
level 7 at 3200
level 8 at 6400
level 9 at 12800

Is there any way to change the amount of xp needed to level up thru Exult Studio? I would love to be able to lower the xp requirement after level 8 because it becomes so impossible to level up from 9 to 10 and beyond.

No, it's hardcoded in the game.
